One week, one system

The biggest mistake is opening all 40 files on day one. You'll feel productive and change nothing. Do one week at a time.

Duplicate, don't admire

A template you looked at is worth nothing. A template with your real numbers in it is an asset. Copy it into your own account before you read it.

Ugly and in use beats perfect and unopened

Measure at day 30
