THEASSETARCHITECT.IO is a trading name of Kevin Malave ("we", "us"), the seller of the AI Business Toolkit and the party you are contracting with. By purchasing or using the product you confirm you are of legal age (or have authority to bind your organisation) and that you accept these terms.

The AI Business Toolkit is a digital product delivered as downloadable files and template links. No physical goods are shipped. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Access is delivered automatically by email immediately after successful payment. If your link does not arrive within 15 minutes, check spam and then contact us — we will resend it manually.

Prices are listed in USD. Bundles are one-time payments that include lifetime access and free updates to the files you purchased.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net or email hello@theassetarchitect.dev with your order email.

Your license permits business and client use of the templates. You must not use the site or product unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with our security (malware, probing, scraping). Reselling, redistributing or repackaging the files, in whole or in part, is not permitted. See the license page for full detail.

We retain ownership of the toolkit, its files, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the templates within the bundle you purchased.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

The toolkit is a set of professional tools, not a promise of income. Results depend on your market, your offer and your effort.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed and our liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
