License & refunds
One license covers one business. Here's exactly what that includes — and what it doesn't.
You may
- Use every template inside your own business, unlimited times
- Customise colours, fonts, wording, layout and branding
- Use edited templates in client deliverables and reports
- Print templates for personal or internal business use
- Adapt the AI prompts for your own campaigns and clients
You may not
- Resell, share, gift or redistribute the files, edited or not
- Include the templates in another product, course or membership
- Claim the templates or prompt library as your own product
- Upload the files to file-sharing sites, marketplaces or AI training datasets
- Use the templates to launch a competing template shop
Commercial use
The Pro and Ultimate bundles include a commercial-use license: you may use the templates to produce work you deliver to paying clients. The Basic bundle is licensed for use inside your own business only.
Team and agency licenses
One license covers one business. If you need seats for a team or agency, email hello@theassetarchitect.dev and we'll send extended licensing options.
Refund policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle — visit paddle.net or email hello@theassetarchitect.dev with your order email and we will take care of it.
