1. Who controls your data

2. Information we collect and why
Contact details (name, email) when you join the list or contact us — used to answer you and send the updates you asked for, based on your consent. Order details shared with us by our payment provider (name, email, country, purchase record) — used to deliver your download, provide support and keep records, based on performing our contract with you. Usage and device data (pages viewed, country-level location, IP address) — used for security and product improvement, based on our legitimate interests.
3. What we don't collect
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by Paddle, which is responsible for securing that data.
4. Who we share it with
Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, payments, tax compliance and invoicing; service providers who run our hosting, email delivery and analytics on our behalf; professional advisers such as legal and accounting; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your information.
5. Email and marketing
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. Transactional emails such as receipts and download links will still be sent.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site and privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages help people. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
7. Retention
We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and marketing contact details until you unsubscribe. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and restricted access — to protect your information.
9. Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, request portability, or withdraw consent at any time.
